Hysun Installs First Renewable Hydrogen Prototype​

We at hysun couldn’t be more excited to share a key milestone in our journey towards 100% renewable hydrogen production: we have started the installation of our first industrial prototype at the Solar Platform, in Almería (Plataforma Solar de Almería – CIEMAT). It’s the largest concentrated solar power research center in Europe and belongs to CIEMAT.

This installation represents a decisive step forward in our mission to revolutionise the production of clean hydrogen, demonstrating that it is possible to generate completely clean and emission-free energy using advanced solar technology. This prototype will allow us to demonstrate on a large scale our ability to decentralise and decarbonise hydrogen production, without connection to the electricity grid.

This is just the beginning of a new era for renewable and sustainable energy!

In addition, next week, we will be at The Business Booster 2024 (TBB) in Barcelona, on 16 and 17 October, a must-attend event in the world of energy innovation. There, we will be presenting our disruptive technology and these latest developments, as well as networking with other leaders who are driving the hydrogen revolution.
